The best thing about a harsh winter is that is keeps most people indoors. So the lines you would usually have waited in aren’t that long and the tickets that you used to pay an arm and a leg for now only cost an arm or sometimes only a pinky. Last winter I made the trek over to Grimaldi’s to try their famous pizza and went straight inside without having to face the queue. Tonight I went to get Mexican at the place next door, Gran Electrics, and saw the crowd congregated around it’s entrance. This is probably why New Yorkers eats so late, they’re still waiting in line.
