lunch at dinner

It was not a linner, it was actually a lunch at Dinner by Heston Blumenthal. It was an amazing dining experience. Just look at the mandarin, and the pitting on its skin. It’s not a real mandarin at all, it’s actually chicken liver and foie gras. I’m not even a fan of that stuff, but it was actually really sweet and smooth. The presentation on each dish just blew me away. For dessert I got the chocolate bar. It comes out looking like a chocolate slab and then you take a bite and you realise it’s the best chocolate you’ve ever had. And then you complement it with the ginger ice cream and you wish you had the stomach to order two desserts.
