For years I had this obsession with Lululemon and while I wasn’t planning on being a professional athlete I felt like I was at least exercising enough to deserve requiring more outfits in order to avoid doing laundry so often (denial). Now I just have to wash half empty loads because I still can’t bear to wash my Lululemon with anything else. Now I’m all for the quicker workouts. Not effective for fat burning but you still get those feel good endorphins. I think if I go faster or harder for half an hour then I don’t need to go for the full hour 🙂 I’m sure there is a formula that says this true.
