I tried the baked cheesecake gelato at N2 and I’m looking for excuses to go back so I can try the other flavours.  The gelato is made almost instantly by adding liquid nitrogen. Sure it is gimmicky with the scoopers dressed in lab coats in safety goggles as well as the multi-coloured Kitchenaid mixers, but the flavour was pretty darn good. I’m told the other flavours are worth trying as well. Lots of dessert places have popped up around Sydney in the last few years that are definitely worth trying.
